To maintain the perfect balance of water chemistry, I regularly monitor key parameters such as pH levels, chlorine, hardness, and salt concentration. By adjusting these factors appropriately, I ensure that the water remains safe and comfortable for use. Consistent testing and timely adjustment help me achieve optimal water quality, promoting a safe environment. This proactive approach not only enhances the overall experience but also protects the pools and spas from potential damage.​

We drain the pump filter heater and all the plumbing to ensure nothing freezes up when the cold weather comes.

We turn off the gas supply to the heater or the power to the heat pump.

We adjust water chemistry so when the cover comes off in the spring, it's clean, clear, and ready to go.

We secure your winter cover, put your cover pump on, and test it to make sure the rain will be cleared off as it comes.

We recommend storing the pump in a garage over winter whenever possible to prolong its life.

We also recommend wrapping the heater/heat pump in a tarp if it is exposed to the elements.

We tidy up around the pool(A place for everything, and everything in its place.)

I have all the equipment to carry out the cleaning of your pool.

Cleaning a pool  involves several key steps to ensure they remain in pristine condition. First, remove any debris from the surface using a skimmer net. Next I vacuum the bottom to eliminate dirt and grime. After that, brush the walls and tiles to prevent buildup. Finally check and balance the water chemistry, adding the necessary chemicals to maintain a safe and invitng environment.

For in-ground pools, you have a few options

1) We can fully winterize it the same as the above-ground pool process.

2) Drain the heater only.

If you don't plan to heat the pool at all, we recommend draining the heater as soon as the swimming season is over(usually the end of September), which can significantly prolong the life of your pool heater.

By keeping the equipment running, there is no need to cover the pool or blow out the lines as they won't freeze while the pump is running, and you can have a beautiful pool all year long. Pool chemistry and cleaning will need to be maintained over the winter months, but we will have reduced service plans(Winter Service) to help you through the off-season.

3) If you have a Spa attached to your pool,  you can keep the water circulating through the heater, but it's important to keep the chemistry balanced to prevent damage to the heater.

4) If you want full service and a beautiful, clean pool, all year long, we can do that, too.

Weekly full service.

Clean water lines, vacuum any debris from the spa.

Clean or replace cartridge filters as needed. Check and adjust water chemistry (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, and hardness.)

Clean spa cover periodically as required(this keeps it looking new but also prolongs the covers life.)

Drain, clean, refill, and rebalance.

Drain all water from the spa.

Clean all surfaces by hand.

Clean or replace cartridge filters

Rebalance spa chemistry.
